Teaching & Mentoring
"Mathematics is not only about proving theorems, but about building bridges—between scales, between disciplines, and between abstract structures and observable phenomena. My teaching aims to train students to recognize these bridges, to link mathematical thinking to new problems in science and engineering, and to construct solutions with rigor and clarity."
Current Role
Since 2024, I serve as Dean of Undergraduate Studies in mathematics at Westlake University, overseeing curriculum development, academic standards, and undergraduate research initiatives across the university. In this capacity I work to integrate mathematical reasoning into interdisciplinary training from the earliest stages of undergraduate education.
